You may special order a pot, cup or other vessel. There are a variety of styles to choose from. Please specify approximately how many quarts you would like the pot to hold. Please also note whether you would like a red-gold pot with fire-clouds or a completely black vessel. Fire-clouds are carbon marks created during the wood firing. No two pots ever have the same marks. All pots are priced at $100 per quart. Those with lids add an additional $25.
Bean pots have a re-curved rim. They are great for cooking beans and other pulses and for making soups, stews and sauces.
Casseroles do not have a re-curved rim. They are usually shorter and wider than bean pots. They are good for cooking rice and other grains, braising meat, and baking bread. They can have a flat lid, a domed lid or a tagine lid.
Baking dishes are good for enchiladas, lasagna, roasting vegetables and the like. They do not come with a lid.
Cups come in variety of sizes and shapes.
